Benefit Content

 

Emergency Roadside Assistance

Whether you have a flat tire, dead battery or you lock your keys in the car, emergency roadside assistance is just a phone call away and Members simply call the toll-free dispatch number for authorized “sign and go service".

24-hour service toll-free access anywhere in the U.S., Canada and Mexico*.

Trip Planning Services provides personalized routing, mileage guides and handy state tourism information, all for your convenience.

Trip Interruption Reimbursement Plan Provides up to $250 per member ($500 maximum) through the Association Motor Plan if your vehicle is disabled due to a collision that occurs 100 miles or more from home.* These funds will reimburse you for meals, lodging, car rental and commercial transportation.

Emergency Road Service provides coverage up to $125 per event if your car becomes disabled and services are performed by a commercial garage, locksmith or wrecker.

Coach-Net Motor Club, Inc. reserves the right to refuse program services to any Association Member under the following conditions:

  • material misrepresentation; or

  • excessive use of benefits

*The Emergency Road Service benefit does not provide for the cost of a tire, battery, parts or gasoline. Road service for truck-sized needs is limited to single rear-axle trucks. Refers to single-rear-axle vehicles, dirt bikes and ATVs are excluded from all benefits and services. Dispatch service is not available in Mexico.

 

 

Stolen Vehicle Reward

Membership will provide up to a $5,000.00 reward when your vehicle is stolen. This reward:

 

• discourages theft of your vehicle

• encourages law enforcement action when your vehicle is stolen

• provides incentive to convict the thief who stole your vehicle This reward will be paid to the law enforcement agency or person responsible for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the thief.

 

The reward will be based on the vehicle’s current market value, not to exceed $5000.00 The reward is not payable to the Association Member, the Association Member’s family, or other persons listed on the membership. The reward does not cover vandalism or items stolen from inside your vehicle. When your vehicle is stolen, report the theft to local police and contact Member Services for a claim form.

 

 

Travel Assistance Reimbursement

Membership will reimburse you up to $250 per member, $500 per incident for vehicle rental and travel expenses when you are driving or riding in a vehicle that is disabled due to a collision accident that occurs when you are 100 miles or more away from home. This reimbursement can be used for expenses incurred in the first 7 days after the date of the accident for:

• meals

• hotel or motel lodging

• airline, bus, or train tickets

• vehicle rental expense

(up to 7 days when you rent from a licensed vehicle rental agency within 30 days of the accident date. Gas and optional coverage are excluded.)

 

The accident must be reported to the police or to the insurer of the vehicle. When you need to use the travel assistance benefit, please contact Member Services for a claim form.

Travel Assistance Reimbursement Plan does not apply to parked vehicles, breakdowns, or mechanical failures.

 

 

TeladocTM Health

Teladoc Health is a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians who use phone and video consultations to diagnose, recommend treatment and write short-term prescriptions, when appropriate. Teladoc physicians are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, allowing Alliance members to access quality care from their home or office as opposed to more expensive settings like the doctor’s office or emergency room.

You can access this service wherever you happen to be: your home, the office, or from your hotel room. Simply make a phone call, and in most cases, speak to a doctor in less than 30 minutes.

As an Alliance Member, Teladoc consultations are included in the cost of membership. Just one more way your membership saves you money!

Pre-Trip Information

Members web-based country profiles that include visa requirements, immunization and inoculation recommendations, and security advisories for any travel destination.

Lost Luggage or Document Assistance

We will help members locate lost luggage, documents, and personal belongings.

Interpreter and Legal Referrals

Assist America will refer members to interpreters and/or legal personnel as necessary.

Medical Consultation, Evaluation, and Referral

Calls to Operation Center are evaluated by medical personnel and referred to English-speaking, Western-trained physicians and/or hospitals.

Hospital Admission Assistance

We will assist with hospital admission outside the United States by validating a member’s health coverage or by advancing funds to the hospital.

Emergency Medical Evacuation

If adequate medical facilities are not available locally, we will use whatever mode of transport, equipment, and personnel necessary to evacuate a member to the nearest facility capable of providing a high standard of care.

Prescription Assistance

If a member needs a replacement prescription while traveling, we will help get the prescription filled.

Compassionate Visit

If a member is traveling alone and will be hospitalized for more than seven days, We will provide economy, round-trip, common carrier transportation to the place of hospitalization for a designated family member or friend.

Care of Minor Children Assist

We will arrange for the care of children left unattended as the result of a medical emergency, and pay for any transportation costs involved in such arrangements.

 

All Assist America services are subject to certain restrictions and are outlined in detail in the Assist America Medical Transport Summary (which supersedes all prior Assist America/Care by Air information). The above information is a partial explanation of these services, offered at the sole discretion of Alliance. Alliance reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer without notice. 

All services must be arranged and provided by Assist America. No claims for reimbursement of assistance services will be accepted.

 

ID Theft Resolution Services

Members have access to America’s premier provider of identity theft resolution services with CyberScout® and the Lifestages® Identity Management Services. Use the proactive tools and recovery assistance to quickly respond to an identity or fraud crisis.

 

Benefit from essential identity theft protection and resolution services, educational tips and resources. 

This service is included in the cost of your membership, no matter how often you need to talk to a fraud specialist. Services include:

  • Proactive services — if your wallet or purse is lost or stolen, or anytime you suspect your identity might be vulnerable, an experienced fraud specialist will place a free fraud alert, when appropriate, and offer guidance.

  • Resolution services — provides step-by-step guidance through the identity resolution process from start to finish. Your personal fraud specialist works with you to help prepare notification letters, work with government agencies and creditors, and stop fraudulent bills and charges. Victims of identity theft are provided with one year of free fraud-monitoring services.

  • Document replacement assistance — provides help in replacing lost, stolen or destroyed identity documents, including Social Security cards, birth certificates, passports and driver’s licenses.

  • Access to identity protection tips and tools — help keep you and your family safe.

 

 

Legal Club® - Family Plan

When you become a member of Legal Club, you and your family will have access to a nationwide network of pre-qualified attorneys, which you will be referred to based on the area of law you require, language spoken and geographic location of your case. 

Members enjoy numerous free services*, including:

  • Unlimited initial phone and face-to-face consultations for new legal matters

  • Review of independent legal documents (6 page maximum per new matter)

  • Free Simple Will preparation for you and your family

  • When deemed appropriate by plan attorney, attorneys will make initial phone calls and write initial letters on your behalf



*In certain situations, attorney liability may require plan attorneys to ask for a retainer from the member prior to providing some of the free legal services. 

Discounted hourly rate of $125 or 40% off the plan attorney's usual and customary hourly rate, whichever is greater, for extended legal care.
